
This particular Chai blend is made up from a mixture of spices and fine tippy Assam leaf tea.
Brew with freshly drawn boiled water, for 3-5 minutes.
Experiment with it on its own or you may choose to add milk and/or sugar.
If you’re making this at home, try adding a couple of teaspoons of the mix to a pot of milk boiling on the hob to get the real authenticity coming through.
