?GoGreen paper packaging
Choose “GoGreen” above to receive your coffee or tea in recyclable paper bags.
Please transfer your coffee or tea to an airtight container as soon as it arrives. Paper bags do not provide an oxygen barrier, so leaving it in the bag will affect freshness.
Learn more about GoGreen packagingHere is a trip down memory lane for anyone who remembers our Old Government Java and a treat for those who haven't tried it before.
From the Indonesian Capital Island of Java, this coffee has been aged for 7 years allowing the coffees flavours to develop,. Very low acidity, full body and a complex aroma this coffee is delicious on its own or blended with others.
We think this works perfectly in French press, filter or plunger and can be used to give a bit of oomph to an expresso blend if you are feeling creative.
Always thought Monsoon Malabar was my favourite until I tried this. Strong but smooth with a nice chocolatey aftertaste. Very similar to Monsoon but with a slight difference. Love it.
Good service and coffee
This coffee has a scintillating depth of rich coffee flavour. You can get a feeling of the coffee being aged for some years before being available for consumption. Really great. Gets the tastebuds going and a real awakener for early morning fatigue. Arrived well packaged and on time. Lovely. Thank you.
As a confirmed drinker of full-bodied coffee (Monsooned Malabar, Sumatra Java etc.) I thought that Old Brown Java would be of an ilk but I was sadly mistaken. My palate found it verging on tasteless! I experimented with stronger brews (up to 18g/cup) but to no avail. I accept that my own coffee taste is purely personal but I will place my own experience out there for what it's worth!
Love your products. Keep coming back. Service is excellent.
