We deliver freshly roasted Pollards coffee across the UK. Here’s what to expect when you order.

Delivery charges

For mainland UK orders:

Order	Standard delivery
Orders of £45 and above	Free
Up to 1.75kg of product	£3.50
More than 1.75kg of product	£8.00

The weight limits refer to the products in your order, excluding packaging. Delivery charges apply unless your order qualifies for free delivery.

Delivery services

Royal Mail 48 usually takes 2–3 working days after dispatch. This service isn’t fully tracked, but we’ll send you a delivery reference when your order is on its way.

DPD Next Working Day offers fully tracked delivery. Larger orders travel with DPD, and smaller orders can be upgraded where available. For orders below £45, an optional DPD upgrade costs £8 where available. Orders of £45 and above show only free standard delivery.

Deliveries outside mainland UK

For Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, the Channel Islands, or the Scottish Highlands and Islands, please call us on 0114 261 7517 before ordering. We’ll help you arrange a suitable delivery service and confirm the cost.
