I've been a customer with Pollards for many years, previously at the city centre shops and latterly at Eccleshall Road. To save travelling through from Doncaster this time I decided to order online as the postage was free for the amount I usually buy. Everything was easy, my tea arrived within 48 hours, sealed and fresh. It was a lot less faff and I'll probably do this in future. The tea is excellent quality and a very reasonable price. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
