Roast - Medium/High
Strength - Strong
The Ti'Amo blend is one of Pollards most complex roasts, combining five different types of bean, including Monsoon Malabar, Sumatra Lintong Toba and Ethiopian Mocha.
The blend is roasted at a medium-high temperature, which creates tongue-tingling strong cup of coffee. Who couldn't love it?
This is the 6th different coffee ive tried from Pollards and whilst it's great, it's not my favourite, that accolade goes to Puccini but this is still really good and very nice with milk based coffee. I drink Flat white regularly and this blend gives a nice taste, not too strong or bitter which most people will enjoy. Worth a try.
Stuck in the Monsoon Mallabar rut for yonks.
I think i actually prefer this blend
Is MM the prosecco of coffee beans? I have no idea , being teetotal.
This blend is my new favourite favourite
Brewed on modded Gaggia classic. Really surprised by this coffee. It made a milk style espresso drink that was really tasty and enjoyable. 5 star all round.
Very nice indeed! It's very much like a less intense version of the Italian Roast. Not quite so deep and dark. I really enjoyed it and would certainly use it as an alternative to the Italian Roast, which is my favourite.
I like to try different coffees, but Ti'Amo has become my "default" coffee and is my everyday drink. Good texture as an espresso and equally good with milk.
