I am trying a few different blends from Pollards and this is the first one at this time. It’s pretty good with good strength of flavour without being bitter and good in the mouth.

I purchased this during the great Monsoon Mallabar famine of June 2026.
A darker roast than my normal choices.
It reminded me of dark Kenyan roasts of my youth.
It is now going to feature as a regular .
In summary. Top hole!

Very nice
Very pleasant and recommended. Not as acidic as the Italian blend. Good flavour and a more "traditional" coffee taste if that is what you prefer compared to some of the blends with a more fruity or spicy overtone.
