Not as sharp in taste as Sth American/Italian coffees,but more subtle and smooth to my palate I always add 2 handfuls of italian to 5 of african and give a short re-roast. The best coffee I've tasted!!!

African selection-Ethiopian Mocha
Only tried the Ethiopian Mocha as yet.
This coffee is full of flavour without being too bitter.
Earthy with a hint of chocolate.
This coffee has been my number 1 choice in the past but have decided to try all the African beans.
