When my local supplier failed I tried lots of different tea merchants. I was delighted when I found Pollards, and this is now my go-to, daily tea which I couldn’t do without. It’s robust without being crude, has a lovely depth of flavour and is also very refreshing. It really benefits from a proper brew time of 4 to 5 minutes. Please don’t ever change it!
