Grown on the Meseta de Popayán, nestled within Colombia's Cauca region and sheltered by the Andes mountains, this coffee is the product of 65 small farmers dedicated to sustainable practices, equality, and continuous improvement through education. These farmers have not only mastered the art of coffee cultivation but have also committed themselves to enhancing their communities and preserving the environment.

• Decaffeination Process: This coffee is decaffeinated using the all-natural sugar cane method, which preserves the beans' integrity, resulting in a rich flavour profile with a great body, sweet and mellow overtones, and delightful floral and caramel notes.
