The leaf is large and bold, with a liquor that is deep and full and a well rounded traditionally malty flavour.
Brew with freshly drawn boiled water, for 3-5 minutes.

Great tea
I have used special leaf Assam for a couple of years now. A refreshing tea, always great to drink. The used leaves go on my compost heap so nothing is waisted. Highly recommended.

Like Champagne with Guinness...
... only better :-) A dark, earthy, almost smoky cup. But unlike some Assams that emphasis pure strength to the point of being bitter, it also has layers of flavour. Can hold its own in builder's brew as well as fine china.
